Quit Your Day Job and Live Out Your Dreams

Dr. Ken Atchity (2018)

In light of a recent revelation at work concerning my future and career I have come to the conclusion that the only person that can make me happy is me. The masters will only continue to suppress us.

This isn’t an animation but it is about filmmaking and following your dreams, which I consider more and more every day.

  1. My older son is going through some of that where he works. He’s had about enough of his workplace also. You don’t sound like you are complaining, just telling the truth.

  2. I’ve been unhappy at work so I tried to transfer to an office where I was happiest and that challenged me but my transfer was denied. Also, any jobs I apply to to further myself turn me down. It probably sounds like I’m complaining but I’m just really frustrated. There’s more to it but it’s too much to tell.

  3. You’re welcome. I have a sign on my fridge — that used to be in my cubicle at work before I retired — that says: Follow your dreams. They know the way. I don’t want to get nosy, but what triggered the revelation?

  4. Just watched the video. He certainly has the right attitude. So much of what he says resonates with me. Not sure what’s going on with you and your revelation, but hoping you follow your dreams.
